Return & Exchange Policy

We want every TIEVERIA piece to feel exactly right. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn and in its original condition
  • All tags, authenticity cards and packaging intact
  • Returned in the original TIEVERIA gift box with dust bag, where applicable

Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are always eligible, regardless of the above conditions — see Section 05.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  • Go to Track Your Order and select "Request Return / Exchange," or email us with your order ID
  • Choose whether you'd like a refund, store credit, or exchange for a different size or product
  • Our team will schedule a free pickup from your delivery address within 2–3 business days

Once the item passes quality inspection at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Shipping charges, if any were paid at checkout, are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Exchanges

Want a different colour, pattern or a size adjustment on cufflinks and brooches? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to availability, once the original piece is received and inspected.

If the exchanged item is of higher value, we'll send a payment link for the difference; if lower, we'll issue store credit for the balance.

Gift Returns

Received a TIEVERIA piece as a gift? You can request an exchange or store credit using the order confirmation email forwarded by the purchaser, or the gift receipt included in the box. Refunds for gifted items are issued as store credit only.
